CATHEDRAL, FLORIDA
Narrative Short
When I was twelve years old, I went on vacation with my middle school girlfriend. At the time, I was closeted and deeply afraid of what my life would look like.
So I spent more time with her father, who was blind.
CATHEDRAL, FLORIDA is a 20 minute short film that tells the story of this vacation. It is set entirely in the motel room on the day of a storm.
In pre-production.
The film is fiscally sponsored by Film Independent and was named the winner of the FEST Pitching Forum.
